In August of 2020 IAG submitted an application for the development of a 90 unit condo complex at 3022 Island Hwy. Located just outside the heart of the village of Qualicum Beach this complex will consist of three buildings each containing 30 units with a mix of one, two and three bedroom units. Every one of these units will have sweeping views of the straight of Georgia andinclude first class amenities like, electric vehicle charging, climate-controlled interiors, and smart home options.
