The 2018 final investment decision and approval for the development of the $40 billion LNGC project in Kitimat signaled a once in a lifetime investment opportunity. IAG seized this opportunity and is currently this process of working hard to help revitalize existing buildings and potentially develop news assets as well. Some of the projects IAG are currently working on include:
The revitalization of a motel, rooming house and restaurant;
The renovation and stratification of 30 townhouse units
The development of 35 new townhomes;
Investigating the development of a new community services building; and
Exploring the possibility of creating a laydown space on the outskirts of Kitimat.
IAG is further investing in Kitimat by hiring local employees to help develop our projects.
